This complaint that Ukraine has been a colony of Russia rings dully when we can see that what is happening is to make Ukraine a colony of the United States and to not let Yanukovych negotiate with Russia for better LNG prices than they could get from the West like that. The US wouldn't even let Ukraine do any business with Russia which is a ridiculous idea since that is their neighbor and we are all the way across the ocean.
