The Israel Lobby's Assault on Free Speech
On 2 May 2024, I spoke with Judge Napolitano on his podcast — “Judging Freedom” — about the Israel lobby’s Herculean efforts to shut down criticism of Israel, especially its murderous policies toward the Palestinians in Gaza. Both the Judge and I emphasized that this is a direct attack on the First Amendment, and thus a direct attack on core American values.
Beyond that the legislation is a draconian attack on freedom of speech whatever your political views are.
